These instructions to hospitals
The Health Department of Delhi has issued an advisory asking hospitals to ensure the availability of beds, oxygen, antibiotics, essential medicines and vaccines. Also, all equipment such as ventilator, by-PAP, oxygen concentrator and PSA plant should be in a completely current condition. Advisory also states that all samples found to be covered positive should be sent to the Lok Nayak Hospital, so that the new or emerging virus variants can be identified. Apart from this, instructions have also been given to provide daily updates to all health facilities on the Delhi State Health Data Management Portal.
At the same time, Delhi Health Minister Pankaj Kumar Singh said that so far only 23 cases of Korona have been registered and all the cases have come up from private labs. He said that these cases are being confirmed whether the infected people are residents of Delhi or have come from outside.
