They throw garbage and then park their vehicles, so that the garbage cannot be removed. Another user wrote, ‘A few years ago there was no waterlogging in Andheri-Kurla Road (Sakinaka-Assfa part). Now even after a little rain, the entire area is submerged. What went wrong?
