Basketball Ground of Lalgarh Jatan.
- Bhaniram Bhadu has been giving free basketball training to children for 12 years.
- 2 players of Bhadu have played at international and 10 national levels.
- Bhadu himself has represented Rajasthan in the basketball national competition.
Sriganganagar:- Bhaniram Bhadu of village Lalgarh Jatan working as Sub Inspector in CRPF took voluntary retirement just because other youths of his village should also get an opportunity to move forward. Leaving the job, Bhadu has been giving free training of basketball to the children of the village for the last 12 years. In 1990, Bhadu found appointment as a constable in CRPF in sports quota. In 2008, the post of Sub Inspector was received in CRPF. In 2012, he returned to his home with his own voluntary retirement and since then Bhadu has been continuously giving free training to the children and youth of the village.
Stop competition from time to time
In the Lalgarh Basketball Ground, more than 80 children are conducted free of cost daily in Bhadu village in the Basketnal Maidan from time to time, in which a lot of cooperation is done by the people. To play the Sriganganagar team elsewhere, the players are expected to be spent and some government assistance. In the team prepared by Bhadu, dozens of players have made their mark at the state level. Some of these players have also been selected in government service from sports quota.

Jitendra Bhadu, Navdeep Sharma, Abhay Dhaka, Himanshu Dawan, MP Singh Bhadu, Ajay Siwach and many other players have gone to government service. Bhadu himself has been representing Rajasthan in the basketball national competition. Bhaniram Bhadu said, the purpose of voluntary retirement was that he was to take the needy children of the village forward in sports. They want others to have opportunities like them.
