Clat pg counseling 2025: On Monday, a hearing was held against the National Law University Consortium for CLAT PG in the Delhi High Court against the ‘too much’ counseling fees. The court refused to give immediate relief on the petition.
Counseling fees are 20 thousand rupees
The advocate, appearing for the petitioner candidate to favor the candidate, argued that his client could not participate in the second phase of counseling on June 20, as he had to deposit Rs 20,000 as ‘advance payment’ and had already paid Rs 30,000 as a return counseling fee for the first phase.
Could not join counseling
The advocate said on behalf of the client, “I cannot participate in the entire country without paying Rs 20,000, this is the only examination in the whole country in which such a huge amount is taken. Hundreds of students are not able to participate in counseling. I could not join the second phase and the third phase is on July 4. ”
The lawyer requested his client to give interim relief to participate in the next round without paying Rs 20,000 and described “so much fees” as discriminatory and incompatible.
