India’s third moon mission Chandrayaan-3 (Chandrayaan 3) made a change in its class fifth and the last time on Wednesday. This has been confirmed by the Indian Space Agency ISRO. It is reported that Chandrayaan-3 is now closer to the surface of the moon. Its lowest distance from its moon is 153 km and maximum distance is 163 km. ISRO has said that it has completed all processes of reaching the moon of Chandrayaan-3. Now preparations will be made to separate the propulsion module and lander module. In a tweet, ISRO wrote, “Today’s successful process was required for a brief period. Under this, Chandrayaan-3 was established in the 153 km x 163 km orbit of the moon, which we had estimated. With this, the process of entry into the moon range was completed. Now the propulsion modules and landers are ready to separate. ”

ISRO said that on August 17, there are plans to separate the lander module from the propulsion module of Chandrayaan-3.

According to PTI report, Chandrayaan-3 entered the moon on 5 August after being launched on 14 July. After that, on August 6, 9 and 14, the moon was changed and taken close to the moon. As per the plan, Chandrayaan-3 is expected to make a soft landing on the southern pole of the moon on 23 August.

Quoting ISRO sources, PTI wrote that after separation, the lander is expected to go through “Debust” (the process of slowing down) to install the lander in an orbit. ISRO President S.K. Somnath recently said that the most important part of the landing is the process of bringing the velocity of the lander from a height of 30 km to the last landing. There we have to show our ability. S. Somnath said that we also have to ensure that fuel consumption is reduced, the distance calculation is correct and all mathematical standards are fine.
