Significantly, in the year 2019, the Chandrayaan-2 mission could not descend safely on the surface of the moon. The entire team of ISRO was shocked by this. The then ISRO chief K.K. Siwan became emotional and he was hugged by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and tied up.
Now ISRO scientist Satish Dhawan is again busy with full preparation at the space center. If India succeeds in its mission, it will become the fourth country in this list after America, China and Soviet Union.
This is the third moon mission in India, whose aim is to successfully land Chandrayaan on the moon and prove its abilities. The rocket with which Chandrayaan will be launched, it is also lovingly called ‘Fat Boy’ of ISRO. This ‘Fat Boy’ has completed 6 consecutive successful campaigns.
According to the report, the mission is being launched in July because the Earth and Moon are very close to each other in this time of the year. On Tuesday, ISRO also completed the launch rehearsal associated with the mission. Apart from blowing rockets in rehearsal that lasted for 24 hours, all the works were done on Friday.
