Big news for teachers, the process of transfer within the district starts, know the entire timeline

According to the Right to Free and Compulsory Child Education Act, 2009 and its Rules 2011, the student-teacher ratio is being calculated on the dias portal. Under this, the list of schools with more teachers will be displayed on the portal by June 23.

There will be adjustment in schools with less teacher

Surendra Kumar Tiwari, Secretary, Basic Education Council, informed that in the first phase such schools where teachers are relatively high, teachers will be adjusted in such schools where students are more but more teachers are less.

Under the adjustment process, surplus teachers and teachers will be able to give their priority for maximum 10 schools. The selection of at least one school is mandatory from the schools available on the portal. If no alternative is filled in an application, that application will be considered automatically canceled.

Important dates and procedures

Start of application: 24 June 2025
Last date of application: 26 June 2025 (till 12 noon)
Last date for submission of printed application: 27 June 2025 (in BSA office)
Verification of application and data locking: 28 June 2025 (by BSA)
Date of transfer list transfer: 30 June 2025 (via NIC software)

To maintain transparency in this entire process, software developed by National Informatics Center (NIC) will be used. Through this, the transfer list of teachers automatically will be released on June 30. Teachers and teachers should complete the application process within the stipulated time frame and do not forget to select the option compulsorily, so that their applications can be valid.
