Best Nintendo Switch 2 Accessories: controller, cases and more

The switch 2 It is not like other consoles. If you have to bring your Xbox Series X (7/10, Wired Review) to the park, you probably need a very strange -looking backpack. For Switch 2, portability is not just a function, it is a key strength. With this in mind, there are two paths that you can take to combine your console for adventure, based on how games.

If your Switch 2 will spend most of his life in the dock or in your hands on the sofa, I would recommend an attributable custody. Like the custody of the phone, these block the console and joy-courses, providing a minor shield for bings and bruises. They often add extra features as ergonomic handles, however allowing access to commonly used doors.

On the other hand, if you are a world traveler who intends to bring your switch 2 on each flight, train journey or travel, opt for a classic transport case. These keep the console and games and usually have extra space for cables or adapters. You can throw them into the bag as you take a trip for a trip and know that your console will arrive safely at destination.

One of the recurring complaints for the original switch, at least for me, is that the Joy-Cons are super thin and not very ergonomic. Especially for people with older hands, the Pro Controller has created a much better option. For the portable game, extra attachments have become increasingly common in the life of the console, adding further mass and more traditional rounded handles to the Joy-Cons.

Since the Joy-Cons are still dishes on the back, many producers have gone forward and have built them in cases directly from the jump. This is, for me, one of the main drawings for the addition of a case to your Switch 2, especially if you plan to play mainly in portable mode.

Unfortunately, you need a screen protection for your Switch 2, thanks to the built -in plastic cover that will probably scratch and shake over time. In general, I would recommend buying one from the same brand from which you get your case or socket, if you sell one. You will evitrate problems with sizing or compatibility and almost all accessories producers in this list offer a sort of discount if you buy them as a package, not to mention the savings on the expedition.

There are still some factors to consider. Some dedicated manufacturers offer different finishes for specific situations and applicators are also becoming more common, which helps to make sure that everything is regular and aligned correctly.

One of the main updates made by Nintendo for Switch 2 is a new stand. It manages the width of the console, with two corporate hinges, and is a huge improvement to play on the road. Unfortunately, none of the cases of cases could understand what to do with it, which is understandable. There is no clear point of attack, so most of the cases included two -tied tape and a piece of easel -shaped plastic that you could simply stick to the rear.

I would be more worried about aligning it in a wrong way or potentially breaking the stand if I tried to remove it for some reason for what I would do for a slight space on the back of the case. Since I had to exchange a lot of cases, I generally skipped this step and, in almost all cases, the extra piece is only cosmetic. Instead, I briefly tested the strips included in a single point on the back of my switch, just to make sure they did not leave any obvious residue.
