Apple’s App Store Gives More Than RS 44,000 Crore in Sales for India-Based Developers, iPhone, MacBook

Last year, Apple’s ecosystem in the country has led to transactions of about Rs 44,447 crores in categories like General Retail, Travel, Grocery, Food Delivery and Cab Services. At the app store, developers have acquired about Rs 38,906 crore from billings and goods and services sales, about Rs 3,014 crore from in-app advertising and about Rs 2,527 crore from digital goods and services.

In India, the company has also prepared to increase the sales of devices like iPhone. The company’s new stores in the country can be opened in Noida’s DLF Mall of India in Uttar Pradesh and Kopa Mall in Pune. Apart from this, the company plans to open two additional stores. Apple’s current stores are in Delhi and Mumbai. Recently, a media report was quoted by sources who have been aware of the company’s plan as saying that Apple has fixed the location for its third and fourth stores in Noida and Pune.
