What is to love with Tesla’s hot table? Outside the offer of compressors, it does not seem much replay value. Many people complain of long waiting times – my food takes 40 minutes to arrive – and even if it’s okay, it’s nothing that you can’t get in other diners, such as Mel’s or Clark Street, throughout the city.
The sun finally comes out while Verasingam is waiting for his food on the bridge. “This is a cup of sorceress. Because I say it: literally you have a menu that tells you how everything is done,” he says, and I don’t know exactly what he means. “I didn’t even know that the cheese was not real. Did you see it?” In the menu, Greenspan has detailed many of the ingredients he uses, most of them from local farmers and brands, including the branded beef (“from the Holstein cows of cattle cattle, ca”), core of the erytage apple flour (heritage of smoke bombs of the ERITAGE apple) (“made with antico cherdar, real cream and real butter without butter phosphates, starches, acids or fillers “).

Since the late 1980s, Verasingam suggests that too many artificial preservatives have been added to food. “It’s all false,” he says. Returning to his previous point, on the limits of being on Earth, he says that there is further out there.
“If you are exploring the unknown, it is not about what someone else has. Nobody knows. It’s a different type of competition. It is not money. The money cannot take you to Mars. It’s beyond the money”
But you won’t need money to get there, I ask
“Yes, but it won’t be everything and everything will end,” he says. “Why do we need approval to go to Mars? Cut shit, all the regulation shit. We don’t want politics but unfortunately politics has come to us,” he says. “Normal people, we just want to go on with our lives.”
Before leaving, I ask you what he thinks he is on the margins, what does he hope to find at the final border? “Nothing,” he says. “It’s like a cycle. We will start from the beginning. It is like the snake that you eat alone. And this is the meaning of life. But first we have to go.”
