The Moonswatch takes its name and design from the classic Omega Speedmaster, also known as Moonwatch, due to the fact that it is the first watch on the moon. Unlike the omega Speedmaster, it is made of bicenemic (which looks very similar to plastic), it does not have a sapphire crystal, it has a quartz movement, it is water resistant at 30 meters and certainly has not been on the moon. None of this is important, however, since there is so much to appreciate for the Moonswatch, from the way it fills the gap between normal people and looks at fans, as it is practically guaranteed to arouse a sort of emotion and that there is almost certainly a combination of colors or a design feature that will appeal. Just do not expect it to have the best constructive quality, or to feel any expensive part as it suggests its price.
Some also complain about the velcro strap, but the brand seems fantastic and is perfect to wear on the wrist when you are in a hurry. Once on, it is so light that you can barely know it’s there. However, an alternative rubber belt is available if you hate velcro. Even if you have not heard of other brands and watches on our list, I bet you heard about Omega X Swatch Moonswatch, but don’t transmit it as intelligent marketing. He is a champion in the heart and this makes him a fun and convenient gateway in the ownership of the clock.
